Retrovita is committed to providing high-quality refurbished and modded gaming products with a positive shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return according to the policy below.
1. 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return period. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Requests submitted after the 30-day window may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- All included parts, accessories, cables, memory cards, chargers, manuals, and other included items must be returned.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Refurbished & Modded Device Condition
Because Retrovita sells refurbished and modded PS Vita consoles, all returned devices must be sent back in the same condition they were received.
Returns may be refused or partially refunded if the device has been damaged, altered, opened, tampered with, reset improperly, or returned with missing accessories.
4. How to Start a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to our return processing facility.
Items sent without an approved return request may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Retrovita will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label when the return request is approved.
Customer Preference Returns
If the return is due to personal preference, such as ordering the wrong item or no longer wanting the product, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
6. Restocking Fees
Retrovita does not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges.
If you need a different product, the fastest solution is to return the original item and place a new order once your return request is approved.
9. Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
