Thank you for shopping with Retrovita. We are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and transparently.

1. Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship only within the United States. Orders placed with shipping addresses outside the United States cannot be processed at this time.

2. Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the United States.

There are no additional shipping fees at checkout.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday.

Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will be processed on the next business day. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

4. Refurbished & Modded Device Quality Control

Because Retrovita specializes in refurbished and modded PS Vita consoles, some orders may require additional inspection, testing, and quality control before shipment.

This helps ensure your device is properly tested, safely packaged, and ready to use before it leaves our facility.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

After an order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

Transit Time:
5–8 business days, Monday through Friday

Total Estimated Delivery Time:
6–11 business days from the date the order is placed.

Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, weather conditions, order volume, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using reliable national carriers, including:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • USPS

7. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information usually becomes active within 24–48 hours after the order has been shipped.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address during checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

9. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.

10. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • If possible, refuse the delivery from the carrier.
  • Contact our customer support team immediately.
  • Provide photos of the damaged packaging or product.

Our team will review the issue and assist you with a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.
